Casestudy: A Celebration of Renewal, The College of St George
On the 23rd April 2008, marking the 660th
anniversary of the founding of the College of St George, a service of
thanksgiving was held at St George's Chapel, attended by HM The Queen.
The
College is undertaking a major restoration of the Chapel, Collegiate
building and the domestic building owned by the Dean and Canons of
Windsor. It was decided to hold a exhibition in the Dean's Cloister to
reflect on the restoration.
We were asked to put an exhibition together and formulated the story and plan. Panels we're created depicting the different crafts and demonstrations were made using some of the materials involved in the work. The exhibiton was then open to the public for two months.
Exhibiton panels and a brochure were produced.
